SAME DAY CANCELLATION | CANCELLATIONS | RESCHEDULING: All Appointment changes, cancellations or rescheduling of services need to take place at least 24 hours prior to the start of the initial appointment. Appointments rescheduled or cancelled within the 24 hours leading up to the start of the initial appointment will automatically be charged 50% of the remaining balance of service(s) you were scheduled for. Same day reschedules and cancellations or those made less than 24 hours to the start of the initial appointment will automatically be charged 100% of the remaining balance of service(s) you were scheduled for. An existing appointment is only allowed to be edited twice, after the second adjustment your service will be subjected to cancellation and incur a $15 fee. TARDINESS: We understand that life happens so most appointments are granted a 10 minute grace period. If you arrive after the grace period, your appointment may be reduced, rescheduled or cancelled. If access to your appointment is granted after being tardy, the late arrival fee will be $15.
